Mum & Baby Yoga

Mum & Baby Yoga is suitable for babies from 8 weeks old and makes a wonderful follow on from baby massage. A baby yoga class includes relaxation and gentle postnatal yoga for mum, as well as some baby massage, baby yoga stretches and movements including swings, lifts and dips. There's also lots of singing and smiles with your baby!

Baby yoga supports your baby's development by stimulating their senses, particularly the vestibular system responsible for our sense of balance. It's a wonderful way to help you bond with your baby. Mum & Baby Yoga is currently available as a private course for groups of friends, or you can add your name to the waiting list for a public course.

 

Mum & Baby yoga classes are fully trained by Blossom & Berry (baby yoga) and AllWoman (postnatal yoga), and fully insured by Westminster Indemnity. Classes can be booked on a PAYG basis or in blocks of 6 weeks.
