Pregnancy Yoga & Relaxation

Specialist prenatal yoga is a fantastic activity for your pregnancy. As well as a great form of exercise, it also includes relaxation, breathing techniques which can help in labour, increased bonding with your baby, confidence, and physical techniques to prepare you for giving birth.

Pregnancy Yoga can be booked as a privtae course for a group of friends, or you can add your name to the waiting list for public courses. It will also be part of the Pregnancy Retreat Morning on Saturday 9 November 2019.
